The Philippine military warned Wednesday that Muslim extremists could attack U.S. and other foreign, civilian or government targets in the country if the United States attacks Iraq. “The possibility is very strong. There is some possibility that it will happen,” military chief Gen. Dionisio Santiago told reporters.
