Indian police arrested four suspected Islamic militants who were allegedly planning a car bomb attack on the Israeli Embassy in New Delhi. The Hindustan Times reported Wednesday that the arrested rebels belong to Hizbul Mujahedin group and they had stockpiled 66 pounds of RDX explosives.
