Moussaoui Judge Mulls Legality of Death Penalty

The federal judge presiding over the case of Zacarias Moussaoui, the only person charged in connection with the Sept. 11 attacks, said she would consider the constitutionality of the federal death penalty act before deciding whether U.S. prosecutors can seek the death penalty.
