U.N. Experts Cites Congo `Massacre`
Rebel authorities in the Congolese city of Kisangani embarked on an “indefensible massacre” to put down an uprising, killing at least 150 people last month, said a U.N. expert. Asma Jahangir, the U.N.`s independent expert on extrajudicial executions, described Thursday how people were shot or stabbed to death.
