Hundreds of Pakistani troops combed the desolate hills near the Afghan border today, searching for suspected Al Qaeda fighters who killed 10 Pakistani soldiers earlier this week. By nightfall, the search had turned up no one, and residents around Wana, the Pakistani town near where the shootout unfolded, said the fighters had fled to Afghanistan. Full Story
