Pakistan is to announce new rules on Monday for tighter regulation of foreign currency dealers in an attempt to curb money laundering. The central bank governor said the rules would require money changers to become tightly regulated foreign exchange companies within two years. In addition, laws for setting up new foreign exchange companies would be announced. Pakistan for the first time would allow commercial banks to open foreign currency dealing outlets. Full Story
