Sri Lanka`s peace process took a step forward with the lifting of a ban on the supply of various items to rebel zones but a parliamentary group said on Saturday key points of the ceasefire had not been fully implemented. The government and minority Tamil guerrillas agreed to a Norwegian-brokered ceasefire in February in an effort to end a nearly two-decade conflict that has killed an estimated 64,000 people.
