Warren Buffett, the veteran investor, vowed on Saturday to limit insurance policies against terrorist attacks after his holding company, Berkshire Hathaway, after suffered heavy losses because of September 11. In his annual letter to shareholders, Mr Buffett admitted that General Re, Berkshire`s reinsurance subsidiary, had not charged enough in past years to insure against the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.
