Tajikistan's law enforcement agencies qualify the assassination of Habib Sanginov, First Deputy Minister of the Interior, as a terrorist act, a source in the Tajik Ministry of Security told Itar-Tass here on Wednesday, emphasising that criminal proceedings would be instituted shortly under the provisions of the Criminal Code article dealing with terrorism, for it was a question of the assassination of a government official.
