A Philippine army offical has accused the world's most-wanted international terrorist with providing millions of dollars to separatist Muslim guerillas for weapons, enabling them to stall peace talks with Manila while rearming. Armed forces vice-chief of staff Lieutenant-General Jose Calimlim said Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) guerillas recently received US$3 million (HK$23.3 million) from suspected international terrorist Osama bin Laden to buy new weapons rapidly.
