Opposition leader Vicente Fox said in a newspaper interview on Friday that Mexico could face “disorder and turbulence” if the government tried to rig the outcome of next month's presidential election. Fox, leader of Mexico's centre-right National Action Party (PAN), is running neck-and-neck with the ruling party candidate ahead of the July 2 vote.
