Winning such conflicts would need the public and the Armed Forces to ‘recalibrate our tolerances’, he said.
The Chief of the General Staff also predicted that cyber warfare would be key to the Armed Forces, as he outlined how the Army must change after a decade in Afghanistan and Iraq.”
