“The Rio 2016 Summer Games should be postponed because of the risk of spreading the Zika virus rapidly worldwide, a Canadian scientist said. Meanwhile, the World Health Organization said athletes and visitors to Rio de Janeiro should avoid poor and overcrowded parts of the city while they’re in town, because it will minimize their chances of contracting the virus.”
