ISIS war costing $11.7M per day

“The total U.S. cost of the war against the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria is $7.2 billion as of April 15, according to a new Pentagon estimate. That amount accounts for 617 days of military operations since the U.S. began its air campaign in Iraq on Aug. 8, 2014.   The average daily cost is $11.7 million — up from $9.1 million about a year ago.”
