“Investors took Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff’s narrow win for re-election as a big loss. The currency had its worst day in a decade, the country’s stock market fell 3% to a six-month low, and the state-owned energy giant lost more than a tenth of its value, reflecting the challenges Ms. Rousseff now faces over Brazil’s stagnant economy.”
