This CDROM was created as an academic research resource for those with an interest in terrorism and counterterrorism issues. This edition was developed in collaboration with the American Society for Industrial Security’s (ASIS) National Capital Region for exclusive distribution to the attendees of the 2002 Countering Terrorism Seminar on June 12, 2002. It provides a great historical perspective into the state of the art for counterterrorism research immediately after 9/11.

Some documents have been mirrored from web sites that are no longer active. Therefore, some links imbedded in the documents will not work and some graphics will not display.
