44 injured in Swiss train collision, railway spokesman says

“Two commuter trains collided head-on Monday evening in western Switzerland, injuring 44 people, including four seriously, Swiss Federal Railways spokesman Reto Schaerli told CNN.
Schaerli said he received the injury count from local police. The collision happened in the village of Granges-près-Marnand, about 8 kilometers south of Payerne, at about 6:50 p.m. local time.”
