“Moroccan security forces have arrested four people in connection with planned attacks in the former capital city and popular tourist destination, Fez.According to a statement released by Morocco’s interior ministry on Wednesday, a military uniform, knives and documents calling for an Islamist insurgency in the country were all confiscated during a raid.”
