“Americans’ confidence in the so-called war on terror is higher than it’s been in several years, according to a poll from Rasmussen Reports. The survey of 1,000 likely American voters, conducted between March 26-27, found that 42 percent of respondents believe that the U.S. and its allies are winning the global war on terrorism. Twenty percent said that terrorists have the upper hand, 31 percent said neither and 7 percent were unsure.”
