Pentagon Says Deso Dogg, Ex-Rapper and ISIS Recruiter, Survived Airstrike After All

Defense officials had said that the former German rapper, who was born Denis Cuspert, was killed in an airstrike in October. But on Wednesday, the Pentagon announced that it was mistaken: Mr. Cuspert had survived the strike near the town of Raqqa.
