“A Libyan man was sentenced Tuesday to six years in prison for terrorism offenses and other charges related to a failed plan to send ammunition to militias in Libya. The man, Abdurraouf Eshati, 29, had been linked to a planned $28.5 million deal to send 1,100 tons of ammunition to Libya via Italy in contravention of a United Nations-imposed arms embargo. Mr. Eshati, who lived in Wales, was arrested in late 2014.”
