“Four Central European countries say they are working on a plan to deploy their troops in the Baltics states as part of NATO forces. In a declaration signed Wednesday, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Poland say that their defense leaders will work out details of the plan to be presented at a NATO summit in Warsaw in July.”
