“Apart from snipers, the rangers have been asked to hamper movement of Indian security forces on the borders. ‘We have reports that Pakistani rangers have been given clear directions to attack Indian Army patrols and hamper their movement. They have fired indiscriminately at our patrols,’ said another officer.”
