“The Georgian State Security Service said on Monday that it arrested three men while trying to sell radioactive substance Cesium-137. The three men, identified as Mirian B., born in 1979; Konstantine B., born in 1971, and Ioseb Ch., born in 1976, were arrested while trying to sell Cs-137 for USD 100,000, according to the security agency.”
