A new survey by Fidelis Cybersecurity reveals that the majority of infosec professionals are very concerned about a lack of automation (57.43%) and of visibility (53.39%) in their organization.
While 70% of respondents said that threat hunting is a necessity to address growing cyber threats, a majority of firms are not doing it, often due to time constraints (49.11%) or a lack of skilled staff (41.42%). Another common problem is that while companies invest in new security solutions, these products aren’t efficiently used. In fact, a mere 6.54% of respondents said that their firm was getting the most out of their security stack.
