5 security problems that annoy CIOs and CISOs the most

A new Exabeam study found that organizations are increasingly performing incident response (IR) and threat hunting. Currently, 86% of companies are engaged in IR, compared to 65% last year. Threat hunting happens in two out of three (67%) firms, while this was true for only about half (51%) last year.

The report also highlights the top 5 causes of frustration for CIOs and CISOs:

  1. Keeping up with security alerts (49%)
  2. Coordinating information between cybersecurity and IT operations (38%)
  3. Outdated equipment (24%)
  4. Security tools are not well integrated (22%)
  5. Other (5%)
