On March 30, a Chinese woman carrying a thumb drive containing malware was arrested at US President Trump’s private Mar-a-Lago resort. The woman was arrested after lying to Secret Service agents and hotel staff about the purpose of her visit.
Upon her arrest, Secret Service agents discovered the thumb drive in her possession, as well as two Chinese passwords and four smartphones. Trump was at Mar-a-Lago during the incident, but did not meet the suspect.
