Ukrainian President Poroshenko announced the end of martial law across its 10 border regions with Russia, but announced that Russian men of combat age (16-60) would continue to be banned from entering the country for an unspecified amount of time. The ban has been in effect since November 30 and has seen 1,650 Russian men denied entrance. Martial law in the country was set to expire this week barring a large scale assault by Russia.
