President Trump has received a letter from North Korean President Kim Jong Un inviting another meeting between the two leaders. Coming only a few days after a major military parade in North Korea was notably absent of ballistic missiles, the letter helps to provide light indicators of progress in ongoing denuclearization talks that have otherwise lacked significant changes or progress.
