Although the move does not violate the 2015 nuclear accord, Iran’s action sends a strong warning about the consequences of withdrawal. This move will assemble the parts necessary for centrifuges, but will not assemble them unless the deal collapses or until the end of the 10-year restriction embedded in the deal.
